The controller of your personal data is Clientelo Czech s.r.o., IČO 221 93 456, with its registered office at Platnéřská 90/13, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 412348 (the “controller” or “we”).

Clientelo Czech s.r.o. handles the exclusive sale of the Obrova Vila residence and operates this website. The project developer is Rezidence Obrova Vila s.r.o.; however, the controller of the personal data processed through this website is exclusively Clientelo Czech s.r.o.

On any matter concerning the processing of personal data, you may contact us by email at info@clientelo.cz or in writing at our registered office.

Depending on how you use our website, we process in particular the following data:

• identification and contact details that you provide to us in the form — your name and surname, email address and telephone number;
• the content of your enquiry or message — information you voluntarily share with us (for example, which unit you are interested in);
• the telephone number entered to access the forthcoming client zone;
• technical and log data — in particular your IP address, browser type and language, the date and time of access and the referring page (see the Cookie Policy for further detail).

We process your data only for specified purposes and always on an appropriate legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR:

• handling your enquiry and communicating with you — the legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request and our legitimate interest in answering your query [Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR];
• sending information about the project and granting access to the client zone — on the basis of your consent, which is voluntary and which you may withdraw at any time [Article 6(1)(a) GDPR];
• ensuring the operation, security and functionality of the website — our legitimate interest [Article 6(1)(f) GDPR];
• compliance with legal obligations, where these are imposed on us by law [Article 6(1)(c) GDPR].

We retain personal data only for as long as is strictly necessary for the stated purposes:

• enquiry data and data processed on the basis of consent — for the duration of the preparation and delivery of the Obrova Vila residence project; you may withdraw any consent given at any time;
• data necessary to comply with legal obligations — for the period set out by the applicable legislation.

Once the project has been delivered (or following an earlier withdrawal of consent), we will erase or anonymise the personal data, unless there is another lawful ground for retaining it further.

Your personal data is processed by Clientelo Czech s.r.o. We do not pass your data on to other parties for their own purposes, and we do not sell it.

The only third-party tool on the website is the Mapbox service, used to display the map showing the location of the residence, which may process your IP address (see the Cookie Policy). Should we engage further processors in the future — for example, for website hosting or sending emails — they will process your data exclusively under a contract and in accordance with our instructions.

The Mapbox service used to display the map may process technical data (in particular your IP address) outside the European Economic Area as well, notably in the United States of America. In such cases, the transfer is safeguarded by appropriate measures under Article 46 of the GDPR, typically the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

This website uses only the technical and functional storage necessary for its operation and for displaying the interactive map. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. For further details, please see the Cookie Policy.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights, which you may exercise at any time:

• the right of access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR);
• the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Article 16 GDPR);
• the right to erasure — the “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 GDPR);
• the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR);
• the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR);
• the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR);
• the right to withdraw consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

You may exercise your rights by email at info@clientelo.cz or in writing at our registered office. We will deal with your request without undue delay, and within one month at the latest.

If you are not satisfied with how your request has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz.

We are not required by law to appoint a Data Protection Officer, and we have not appointed one.

The website is not intended for persons under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly process any personal data about them.

We may update this policy in response to developments in the law or in our services. The current version is always available on this website.
