The binding terms of sale are always set out in the reservation agreement and subsequently in the purchase agreement. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The floor areas, layouts and technical parameters of the units stated here are based on the project documentation and may be refined during construction. The details given in the contractual documentation for the specific unit are decisive.
